HR OFFICER (HRO)

Requirement:

• Male, max 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Law / Management / Industrial Engineering
• Have experience  2 years for HR Officer (Having experience in plantation will be advantage).
• Familiar with labour Regulation (Law) and cases, Recruitment Management, People Development, Industrial Relation , Reward Management.
• Able to analyse employee competency
• Good analytical and communication skill
• Having pleasant personality
• Strong motivation and able to work under pressure
• Creative, high initiative, and fast learner
• Familiar with computer (MS Office)
• Honest, loyal, and able to work under pressure
• To be located in Bandung-West Java and willing to traveling
