Service Supervisor
Bandung (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the branch manager in managing the sub-branch activities
- Lead and direct the daily activities for Frontliners and oversee Frontliners to ensure smooth running of the daily work and the application of the most recent processes and procedures
- Ensure adequate attitude and appearance of self and Frontliners
- Provide cross-sell leads to Frontliner team
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with customers
- Maintain frontliners area files, database, records, registers and logs under control
- Enhance the Bank’s image through pro-active customer-driven servicing of their needs to exceed customer expectations
- Monitor service quality indicators and take corrective measures to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
- Liaise with Service Quality to follow-up on escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of the same
- Ensure smooth operations, and timely and friendly service delivery
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
- Required skill(s): computer literate, leadership skill, english communication, Customer Service And Relationship Management.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
