CUTTING ROOM MANAGER(Bandung – Jawa Barat)
Requirements:
- Male
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field
- Minimum 5 years experience in the position, preferably in garment manufacturing
- High Skill in saving fabric consumption
- Familiar in Marker or Pattern making and Cutting Room operation
- Familiar with auto cutter and spreading machine
- Understand many cutting methods including cutting check fabrics and cutting in pairs (face to face)
- English (speaking and writing) and computer literate
- Strong leadership & discipline, good interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Set the target and draft and design layout of machine, materials, and works place to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
- Study and record time, motions, method, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, and other worker operations.
- Ensure style wise line balancing. Lay Out the production schedule so that productivity are met.
- Prepare layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine and material.
- Analyzing productivity and improve system by implementing the method developments.
- Check the cutting production; sewing production; absenteeism; cutting balance, non productive report; and Compile reports on progress of work and production problems.
- Carry out feasibility study for purchasing new machine.
- Lay out the production schedule so that production quotas are met. Prepare skill inventory for the operator.
- Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards. Arrange technical and pre-production meeting with production and quality team before new style/input are given in line.
- Assist IE manager to execute and evaluate workers’ performance, motivating workers, Incentive planning, disciplinary matters, and training needs.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior pertaining to the safety, quality, compliance issues, and efficiency of the factory.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering
- Good in English (spoken and written)
- Able in Operating Computer (min. Microsoft Office)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, self motivated, hardworking and excellent team player
Requirements:
- Female/Male
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3) or a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field
- Minimum 2 years experience in the position, preferable from Garment Manufacturing
- Having knowledge on garment details, fabric and accessories
- Able to follow up an order from preparation detail, sampling process, handling materials, production status control, until ready shipment
- English (speaking and writing) and computer literate
- Able to work under pressure
- Good communication and negotiation skills, self motivated, hardworking and excellent team player
