Customer Service Assistant
Jawa Barat - Bandung
Responsibilities:
- Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Assist customers in making a decision about a product to buy
- Resolving product or service problems by seeking clarification on the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information, record details of inquiries, comments and complaints, and record details of actions taken
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Communicate and coordinate well with internal departments
- Female, Single, Max age 27 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Communication Skill, Computer Skill, Good Typing Skills, Listening Skills
- Good knowledge of customer service principles
- Have a sales or marketing experience
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandung.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Good problem analysis, problem solving and good listening skills
- Must be able to work for shift or weekend
