FINANCE MANAGER
(Bandung - West Java)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance, IT and HR team to support the business growth of the operation of company.
- Ensure proper handling and booking of transactions to maintain timely and accurate accounts.
- Manage financial planning, reporting and analysis, including interpretation and summarization of results with the appropriate analysis and recommendations to improve business performance.
- Conduct regular business reviews, working with business and financial management to develop, evaluate and monitor action plans that lead to profitable growth.
- Establish strong cost, capital and working capital controls. Manage and improve all aspects of the balance sheet, including, but not limited to, cash, receivables, inventory, fixed assets, payables and accruals.
- Participate in, coordinate and align the company's strategic plan and budgeting process - establish and manage targets for key financial metrics.
- Mentor and support the development of finance team to ensure a pipeline of "ready now" successors.
- Develop and maintain an excellent financial-controls environment, including compliance with Internal Control requirements and relevant compliance requirements.
- Handle for Capital Expenditure Request and CAPEX.
Requirements:
- University graduate with a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- At least 7 years of experience
- Experience in Indonesian accounting, Tax and law
- Working experience in foreign company
- Experience in SAP
- Analytical-mind with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Indonesian
- Proficient in PC application (Excel / Powerpoint).
- Details-oriented, committed, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Willing to be placed in Bandung, West Java.
