CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR (BANDUNG)
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible to manage the customer service implementation and improve the customer satisfaction in order to create a good shopping experiences.
- Ensure that the marketing and MCC program implemented by the company is standard
- Male maximum 28 years old. Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University, GPA 2,75. (Diploma degree with experience are welcome).
- Minimum 1 year experience as customer service in banking industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in english
- Not color-blind, and willing to work in shift
- To be placed at MDS Galeria Bandung (BIP).
