English Costumer Care Consultant
Location : Bandung, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Answering customers incoming calls
- Processing customer orders into Database
- Data Entry and updating Database
- Liaising with internal staff and other internal departments
- Provide Administration Support
- Other Administration duties as required
- Maintaining agreed Key Performance Indicators
Requirements:
Technical competencies required for this role include:
- Excellent English – both written and verbal
- Multi-tasking skills
- Minimum 40 WPM keyboard
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- High level detail response to email inquiries
- Problem solving abilities
- Dealing and pacifying irate customers
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
- High level of customer service – displaying empathy, patience and listening skills
- Capacity to learn new technology and processes quickly
- Capacity to work with service related KPIs
- Communication skills: verbal, written and listening
- Exemplary grammatical skills
