Lowongan Kerja Manager Produksi Delami Brands Bandung Terbaru Desember 2012 - We are fast growing Company, and to anticipate our rapid growth we currently seek suitably qualified persons to join our team for the challenging position:

Production Manager
Jawa Barat - Bandung or Sukabumi

Responsibilities:

• The Production Manager is responsible for day to day production within the flexible garment industries.
• Initiative plan and process which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of man power, equipment, facilities, materials and capital.
• Assure attainment of business objective and productions schedules while insuring product standards that will exceed our customer’s expectations.

Requirements:

• Age max 40 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree, major in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or Management
• Having minimum 5 years experience in same position as Production Manager, with more than 500 employees, preferably from garment industries (Denim or Pants)
• Familiar with Production System (Sewing, Cutting, Sample Room)
• The incumbent must have strong analytical thinking, excellent communication & presentation skill, flexible, high integrity and “Can Do” attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and management skill
• Willing to work in Bandung or Sukabumi
