Senior Merchandiser Garment
Bandung (Jawa Barat) - Cimahi

Responsibilities:
- Follow up order from order confirmed until delivery.
- To establish T & A Calender and follow up on the order based on T & A.
- Follow up & monitor purchase team, sample follow up, timely lab and test approval, follow up with production and ensure smooth order execution
- To cross check on consumptions for fabric, accessories and trims for each style and evaluate extra percentage
- Preparation of PP meeting and important point to be discussed per dept
- Pre calculation of production output and analysis of per PO delivery dates based on production flow. Evaluation of output taken while costing v/s average actual production output / day
- Dailycommunication with buyer / suppliers and clarity on each issue
- Daily / weekly meetings on status sewing, laundry output, finishing, packing / restore issues regarding delay, no approvals, material shortage , rejections, delivery extensions , etc
- Attend Weekly merchandising meetings
Requirements:
- Experience in Merchandising min. 5 years
- Work smart, Team work, Assertive, Persuassive
- Fluent in English
- Capable with Ms. Office (Word & Excel) and internet
- Education D3
