- Payroll process or Payroll compliance assurance if the process done by third party
- Recruitment for all business unit or recruitment compliance assurance if the process done by third party
- HRIS for all business unit process or compliance assurance if the process done by third party
- Industrial relation management
- Performance management
- Compliance Assurance for all HR matters done by third party
- Male/ Female max 45 years old
- Bachelor degree in psychology, law or management, having S2 (master degree) will be an advantage
- At least 6 (six) years experiences as HR Manager, in retail, service and any big firms.
- Experience in implementing change management and big HR initiatives
- Proficiency in English
