Tahun demi tahun kami berhasil berkembang dan memperbanyak produk line menjadi beraneka ragam produk dan distribusi kami tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Kami membuka lowongan kerja di Bandung untuk menempati posisi sebagai :

Manager Produksi - Bandung

Qualifications :

• Male
• Max 40 years old
• Must have experience and Knowledge in ISO 9001
• S1 Degree in Mechanical from reputable university
• Experience as Production Manager min. 3 years, preferably in Garment Industry
• Experience in Mechanical will be Advantage
• Experience in Handling workers minimum 200 people
• Excellent knowledge in production system, planning and monitoring
• Good leadership and good communication interpersonal skill
• Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good English proficiency, both oral and written
• Can work under pressure situation

Job Description:

• To plan, develop establish and execute operation/production strategies to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
• To supervise and manage day-to-day production including planning and scheduling.
• To develop and implement suitable system and controls to achieve cost leadership.
• To educate and ensure that all staff adhere to safety rules.
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports, analysis, forecasts and budgets.
