Responsibilities:
- Perform site survey
- Socialising with residents
- Verification of the legality of land
- Negotiation of rental/purchase of land
- Management of the construction permit
- Preparation of survey reports
Requirements:
- Male, age max. 35 years old
- Minimum S1 degree in Legal from reputable university
- Minimum 2-3 years experiences as SITAC
- Has strong negotiation skills and communication skills
