Qualification :
- Competencies in Strategic Thinking, Leading & Supervising, Work with People, Analytical Thinking, Planning & Organizing, Delivering Result and Meeting Customer's Expectations.
- Preferably have good communication skill in English and Mandarin
- A strong grasp of problem solving and continuous improvement
- Experience as Production Manager min. 3 years, preferably in GarmentIndustry
- Experience in handling people minimum: 500 people and manage the dailylines running
- Can work under pressure situation
- Computer literate in windows operation
- Willing to be placed at Majalengka
