SENIOR SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (SSMM)
Bandung
Responsibilities:
Responsible
for managing sales of the company's products and ensures consistent,
profitable growth in sales revenue through positive planning, deployment
and management of sales personnel. Develope future growth, provide
vision, direction and leadership by identifying objectives, strategies
and action plans to improve sort and long term sales and earning.
Job description:
- Hold regular meeting with sales in order to provide direction, create a cohesive team, motivate the team to meet sales target
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's product.
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
- Review progress of sales roles through out his division.
- Provide quarterly result assessments of sales team productivity.
- Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
- Developing standard operation & procedures for sales team and incentive program and monitoring the implementation
Requirements:
- A university degree in marketing or business management is preferred
- Age 35-40 years old.
- Min 3 years experience as a senior sales & marketing manager in B 2 B market
- Have a proven sales management experience, together with a good record of achieving targets.
- Have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Have strong energy, initiative, drive and leadership
- Proven ability to inspire, motivate and lead the sales team.
- Able to work calmly under pressure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications such as Word,Excell, Power Point and Outlook.
- Run channel programs-develop, understand, support and deliver the program goals and objectives Responsible for new business development and recruitment of new business partners, within established programs as outlined above
- Having a network and business relations as well as the master of energy, manufacturing, FMCG, corporate or government agency.
- Perform partner volume target reviews
- Ensure team achieve and exceed it's goals through setting up best practice standards and aligned with corporate objectives
- Perform target and objective setting for the team
