Bussiness Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop product
• Identify market opportunities
• Plan, control and coordinate Marketing and Sales activities to achieve Sales Targets and expand the market effectively
• Analyze, expand and execute marketing strategies to reach new customers and areas
• Build a good sales & marketing Team and motivate them to cooperate effectively to achieve company targets
• Build a Marketing System and Culture that will assist the company in achieving its goals

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree of any field
• Having experience min 3 years for leading a new team
• Able to communicate in English (oral & written)
• Able to work as a team and under time constraints
• Experience in Projects or Tenders preferrable
