Qualifications:
- Diploma (D3) from Secretarial Academy/institutes.
- Additional qualification in Management/Marketing would be preferred.
- Able to speak and write in English.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident, smart, innovative and aggressive.
- Mature, highly energetic and ambitious.
- Good knowledge of computers.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Managing the telephone EPABX system, receiving and attending to guests, receiving and dispatching documents and office maintenance.
