Excellent Personality (priceless)
- Passionate about involving in a startup company
- Obsessive about beautiful design, details and application’s usability.
- Able to work with a minimum supervision (keep it professional)
- Be a good team player, can accept feedback and collaborate well with others.
- Be self-directed, self-motivated, organized and disciplined.
- Be able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Skills (very important)
- Have good taste and intuition about what matters in design
- Have solid understanding of usability and limitations for both web and mobile
- Can create a good user story and turn it into a design solution
- Have the ability to articulate a problem, clearly document the solution in visual and written form
- Able to explain the reasoning behind the design decision in the solution
- Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other designing tools
- Comfortable with HTML5, CSS3 & Javascript/jQuery so that you don’t give our programmers a super hard time with your super complex design
Experience (desirable)
- Mastery of HTML5, CSS3 & JQuery and other front end languages
- Recent experience in designing mobile apps.
- Proficient on all stages of the design process, from concepts to implementation.
