Our business line covers bus charter services (White Horse Deluxe Coach), taxi services (White Horse Premium Cab), intercity shuttle (Day Trans and Joglosemar), limousine and car rental (Europcar Indonesia) and daily sightseeing tours (Grayline Indonesia).

HR & GA Staff (For Bandung Office) 

 

Responsible for all human resources and General affairs activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

• Responsible in the recruitment, employment and placement of new employees.
• Responsible in maintaining the company's compensation and benefit system.
• Evaluate and assisting in assessment of employee performance.
• Responsible in training and development programs that enhance employees' skills and improve their abilities to work as a team also participating in employee orientation program or other employee event such as employee gathering, etc.
• Updating employee database, updating applicant database.
• Facilitating actions to resolve the employee issues and escalating them to appropriate management team.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

• Female,Max 27 years
• Minimal educational background is Diploma Degree in any discipline
• Having experiences in HR & GA Field for about 1 years preferably in transportation industry
• Having deep passions in Human Resources.
• Having positive mind and able to establish and maintain healthy positive working relationships with people in course of work.
• Fluently in English is an advantage.
• Detail, organized, good interpersonal skill and having a “Service Excellence” attitude.

Requirements:

• Male, age max. 28 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical Electricity) or equivalent
• Having min. 1 year related experience (Cost RAB, Asset Management)
• Familiar with computer program such as Ms. Office
• Familiar with Auto Cad, Corel Draw, 2D,  
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight datelines
• Hard worker and having mind set of “can do attitude”
• Familiar and good in English
